I recommend it to anyone who asks. It’s intuitive to use and has so many features that help me stay organized. For example, I have three generations on my father’s side with the same name. MFT helps me to keep them straight and is easy to correct my mistakes. Genealogy can be frustrating enough, the software doesn’t need to be. Oh, and great customer service. An actual human being replies to questions. What else do you want.

Recently, I had a problem with MacFamilyTree. Thanks to the help of employee Oliver Klunk, it was resolved quickly and expertly.

Ich arbeite seit vielen Jahren mit „Mac Stammbaum“ und bin restlos zufrieden, auch deshalb, weil ich bis ins Jahr 1724 viele Personen mit echten Dokumenten bestücken konnte. Besondere Freude macht das augenblickliche Erkennen welcher Verwandtschaftsgrad zweier Personen vorhanden ist. Angeschriebene Kirchen, Friedhöfe, Städte oder Gemeinden mußten herhalten. Macht Mühe, aber es lohnt sich. Selten aber doch gibt es Fragen, die sehr rasch, kurz, bündig und sehr höflich per mail beantwortet werden. Ich bin restlos zufrieden!
